How do we get started? Do I send an order?

Merely send us the PCT publication number (WO...) and we will run a quick conflicts check to be sure we don't already represent competing subject matter for another client. We'll confirm our availability usually in a few business days - often the next business day.

How much notice do you need to file? Can you file today/tomorrow?

Please do NOT send us an order to enter US national phase without checking on our availability. We will try to accommodate you but need to run a conflicts check first. We do not accept same or next-day filings through this webpage.

Do you charge for reporting?

Our US entry fee includes forwarding all USPTO communications at no additional cost.

Do you provide suggestions on how to overcome rejections? Is this extra?

We can provide as much or as little assistance as needed. Our flat rate entry is for forwarding communications with due dates only. We can provide comments at our hourly rate.

Can we have a discount?
